1. 4-HOUR CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION WINDOW
We understand that plans can change. To provide you with flexibility, we offer a 4-hour grace period immediately after placing your order.
Modification Period: You have exactly 4 hours from the time of purchase to request any changes (size, design, color) or to cancel your order for a full refund.
How to Notify Us: Please email us at help@fashiondasher.com or submit a support ticket via our “Contact Us” page within this timeframe.
Post 4-Hour Policy: Once this 4-hour window has passed, your order is sent to our production facility. At this stage, because each item is custom-made, we cannot accept any further modifications or cancellations.
2. ADDRESS ACCURACY RESPONSIBILITY
Ensuring your hand-crafted items reach you safely depends on accurate delivery information.
Customer Duty: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is complete and accurate, including the house number, street name, city, and ZIP code.
Verification: Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order.
Non-Liability: Fashiondasher is not liable for failed deliveries, lost packages, or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
Redirection: We cannot change the shipping address once the 4-hour modification window has passed or once the package has been handed over to FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
