1. 30-DAY RETURN PERIOD

You have exactly 30 days from the date your package was delivered to initiate a return request. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY & CONDITIONS

To ensure a successful return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Product State: Items must be in New condition—unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • Packaging: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • Safety: Items must be free from stains, odors (such as perfume or smoke), or any alterations.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt from Fashiondasher is required.

We accept returns for:

  • Defective/Damaged Items: Products that arrived broken or with manufacturing flaws.

  • Incorrect Items: Receiving the wrong size, color, or design compared to your order.

  • Customer Choice (Buyer’s Remorse): If you simply changed your mind or are not satisfied with the product.


3. RETURN FEES (100% TRANSPARENCY)

We believe in a no-hidden-cost experience. For all eligible returns within the United States:

  • Restocking Fee: $0.00 (We do not charge a fee to restock items).

  • Return Shipping Cost: Free. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email for all approved returns.

  • Processing Fees: None.


4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Please follow our 4-step process to ensure your refund is handled quickly:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to help@fashiondasher.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Submit Evidence: For damaged or incorrect items, please attach clear photos or a video of the issue.

  3. Receive Label: Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label.

  4. Mail the Item: Print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location (FedEx or USPS).


5. REFUND TIMELINE & METHOD

  • Inspection: Once your return is received at our Miami facility, our team will inspect it within 1–3 business days.

  • Approval: We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition.

  • Refund Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment (PayPal or Credit/Debit Card).

  • Timeframe: Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account or PayPal balance.


6. EXCHANGES

Please note that Fashiondasher does not currently support direct exchanges. If you require a different size or design, the most efficient method is to return your original item for a full refund and place a new order for the desired product.
